Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Mytalka (mytalka.com) you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Tokens
Mytalka is a token-metered service. A token is a limited-use digital unit that is consumed when the AI model reads or writes on your behalf. By purchasing tokens you agree that:
- Tokens have no monetary value outside Mytalka and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Tokens are non-transferable between accounts.
- Tokens are non-refundable once purchased.
- Tokens expire twelve months after the date of purchase.
- The number of tokens consumed by an exchange is determined by the model provider's reported usage, subject to a small per-exchange floor disclosed on the pricing page.

Billing
All purchases are final. Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and that the information provided is accurate.

Acceptable use
You agree to use Mytalka lawfully and not to:
- Abuse, spam, or attempt to reverse engineer the service.
- Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.

AI output
Responses are generated by a third-party language model and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for evaluating any output before relying on it.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Unused tokens on a terminated account are forfeited and are not refunded.

Limitation of liability
Mytalka is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
